Astanga (8 limbs) Yoga

90 minutes of a traditional form of yoga on a Monday evening at the climbing centre. A set sequence that flows with the breath and is underpinned by key yogic philopsophy. This class can be a strong practice for some but modified to suit all levels. The class emphasises more than just asana (poses) and you will learn the yoga way of life as we connect our breath together and flow through the sequence. All are welcome but please let Julia know of any injuries or restrictions so she can make it accessible to you.

Mixed Movement Yoga

60 minutes of blended movement styles with a sprinkling of yogic wisdom. Focusing on mobility, stability, strength and functional movement this class is energetic but a lot of fun. Themes change monthly and can range from theoretical concepts to anatomical and all things in between. Still emphasising bodymind connection but more ‘sporty’ than Monday class. Mindfulness and breath connection will always feature. Suitable for all levels.

Titan Sports Yoga

60 minutes of strong movement for sporty and active people. Deliberately targeting typical physical (and mental) compensations in the body caused by repetitive sporting activities. Injuries are understood and managed in the class. Prevention of further issues by balancing out the body safely. The least ‘yogic’ of the classes but still underpinned with compassionate psychology.
